Eats & Beats: Arts In the Park

In June, Eats & Beats is focusing on Arts In the Park! We’ll have live music with the Hartland Community Band, plus art activities and showcases for everyone in the family to enjoy.

We are expecting the following food vendors:

Artists and activities that will be on hand

  • glaze!

    Activity: Create a 4x4 fused glass piece - choose a dish or a suncatcher ($20)

    Located in the heart of Thiensville, Wisconsin, glaze offers paint-your-own-pottery, glass fusing, raw clay, wine glass painting and ICE CREAM. We are a walk in studio open Tuesday through Sunday. Come on in and CREATE!

  • Brush & Blooms

    Activity: Paint a pot with glow-in-the-dark puffy paint. ($10 with coupon or a free 4-pack of plants included)

    Brush & Blooms (formerly known as Frenz Garden Center) offers garden items, art, gifts, and workshops.

  • Interior Garden Art Studio

    Activity: Make a Moving Mobile (free)

    A community based arts studio where creativity and artistic expression is fostered and explored. The studio offers many opportunities for children and adults in group and individual sessions. Carol Gengler is the artist, art therapist, and owner of the studio.

  • Sam Laferriere

    Activity: Digital Art Demos

    Sam Laferriere is a background designer for TV animation, raised in Mequon, WI.

    He builds fantastical worlds that empower viewers to engage in climate solutions with an open mind and light heart. This passion extends from his love of learning, and he is now bound for the Big Apple in July to help kids feed their own curiosity through the arts.

    Activity: Make a bookmark (free)
    Sales: Original paintings and custom drawings/paintings done on site

  • Empire Home Remodeling

    Activty: Friendship bracelets (free)

    Empire offers exterior and interior home remodeling, including windows, baths, roofing, siding, and doors.

  • Marta Gwizdala

    Specializing in mixed media art, she excels in creating 3D textured acrylic pieces combined with epoxy resin and various other materials. Marta's art studio is located in The Arts Mill in Grafton. Her work serves as an escape from the brutal world, illuminating the glitter in life and sparking joy in our souls and hearts. Her art reminds us to follow the sparkle, keeping our spirits warm, passionate, and filled with happiness.

  • Samantha Proegler

    Sales: Acrylic paintings

    A self-taught artist currently living in Wauwatosa, Samantha creates vibrant acrylic paintings, most often inspired by nature. She sells originals and prints of her work and also hosts private paint events. She feels the purpose of her paintings is to help connect with others on their healing journeys. One of her goals as an artist is to get involved in the community while shedding light on mental health awareness and inspiring those around her.

  • Judy Geiser Stippich

    Sales: Quilting keepsakes

    Judy creates handmade quilted items.
